 F.A.Q.

What is Turbu-Flow?
Turbu-Flow is a water conditioner specifically designed to prevent the costly problems of scale build up in any water carrying system.

How does Turbu-Flow work?
Contained within the Turbu-Flow is a patented alloy. This alloy provides an immediate, neutralising, galvanic site to which the ions (microscopic particles that form scale) are attracted. Due to the turbulent flow of the water over the alloy, the now neutralised, flocculated molecules are then dispersed back into the water, to be either flushed out in an open system i.e. tap, shower head etc, or they will collect at the low point of a closed loop system for periodic removal.

Does Turbu-Flow use chemicals to remove scale?
No. Turbu-Flow is a chemical free solution to problems of scale build up and eliminates the need for expensive chemical systems.

How will Turbu-Flow save me money?
Turbu-Flow will save you money by:
- Eliminating and preventing the build up of heat wasting scale.
- Eliminating the need for costly chemicals and the resultant pollutants.
- Reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
- Protecting your investment in capital equipment.

Will Turbu-Flow change the taste of my water?
No. In fact Turbu-Flow conforms to AS/NZS 4020: 1999 as being suitable for potable water.

Does water temperature make difference?
The temperature of the water makes no difference. Turbu-Flow works efficiently in either hot or cold water.

Does Turbu-Flow require maintenance?
No. Turbu-Flow has no moving parts and requires no ongoing maintenance.

Is Turbu-Flow difficult to install?
Turbu-Flow is very simple to install. Locate the position in your system for the unit, remove the corresponding length of tube and install the Turbu-Flow...Simple! Also, it makes no difference at what attitude Turbu-Flow is installed. ie, vertically, horizontally or angled and flow can be from either end.
